Our Expertise
BCBA -Licensed therapists, and behavior analysts who have received specialized training in ABA techniques. These services can be offered in various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and community settings.
Our diverse team shares much in common. They are genuine, kind, patient, attentive, empathetic, and more importantly, they are active listeners that possess great organizational and communication skills. Our team members are bilingual in languages such as English, Hindi, Spanish and Hausa.
The BSC is responsible for assessing the strengths and needs of the child and their support system. The BC creates a treatment plan that will include treatment goals for the child along with the methods that will be used to achieve those goals. The BC will provide on-going assessment and consultation with the child’s support system and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
Mobile Therapist (MT):
The MT will provide therapy to the children and their families in their home, school, and community. They support the child and the family in coping with issues such as parenting skills, anger management, behavior modification, bereavement, sibling conflict, attention-deficit and development delays.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT):
A BHT provides one on one service in the home, school or community setting. The BHT implement on the treatment plan in the home, school, or community by providing immediate feedback to the child, modeling strategies to caregivers, and teachers. The primary role of the BHT is to support the child and their support system to implement the therapeutic interventions.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services is a type of therapy that focuses on improving specific behaviors, such as social skills, communication, reading, and academics, as well as adaptive learning skills such as fine motor dexterity, hygiene, grooming, domestic capabilities, punctuality, and job competence. ABA is commonly used to help individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA )
Our ABA team includes BCBA -Licensed therapists, and behavior analysts who have received specialized training in ABA techniques. These services can be offered in various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and community settings.Our goal is to improve the individual’s quality of life by teaching them new skills and reducing behaviors that may interfere with their daily functioning and social interactions. It is often considered an evidence-based practice, meaning that it has been supported .
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT BHT)
RBT provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings. Behavior Technicians will be trained to utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
The Behavior Technician will report to and be supported directly by the BCBA and Clinical Supervisor assigned to their cases, as well as the Clinical Director.
